Added new AI service SAI+. SAI+ is a service that AI and a illustrator collaborate to create a full-body illustration. This is a new initiative in which a illustrator creates a full-body illustration based on the face illustration drawn by SAI. Also, with the release of SAI+, we have revised a part of the User Agreement of use, so please check it.
